COVID 19- Policy and Safety Measures

 Local and provincial guidelines for COVID-19 are being followed. Due to social distancing and gathering restrictions, class size has been limited to a maximum   of 14 participants. Each participant IS responsible for and required to WEAR a mask prior to entering the facility for the duration of the workshop.

  • A participant screening (questionnaire) must be completed each day upon arrival to the facility. In addition, on the first day of the workshop, each participant needs to sign a waiver form. Failure to do so will result in the participant not being granted access to the workshop. IN order to encourage a safe learning environment, the faculty will encourage personal hygiene and ensuring that the treatment tables will be sterilized frequently.

Registration Information

Prior to completing the registration form and payment for the Level 1 Workshop, please read the all the terms and conditions including the cancellation and refund policy. You must submit both the form and payment to reserve your spot. Registration will close when there are 14 participants registered or March 10 2021 (whichever comes first). Early Bird Dates and Rate

October 29 2020 – January 15 2021 – Cost ($800.00 CAD) 

Non - Early Bird Dates and Rate

January 16 2021 – March 10 2021 – Cost ($1000.00 CAD)

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations MUST be made 30 days PRIOR to the start of the event to be eligible for a FULL refund.
  • If cancellation occurs within the 30 days, you will be issued a 25% CREDIT* to be used for future workshops ONLY
  • If there are less than 6 participants registered, you will receive and full refund. A minimum of 6 participants are needed to run the workshop.
  1. The 25% is NOT a refund, you will not receive ANY money if cancellation is made within 30 days of the course. This credit of 25% can be put towards the registration of another workshop.
  2. In the event that a registrant is granted a full refund, provided that the request is submitted more than 30 days prior to the event day to courses@microstretching.com. A $60 processing fee will be withheld from the full amount, which is non-refundable.
  3. (A) If you have paid for staff or employee’s training and they are no longer with the company (30 days prior to the event) your company will be issued a CREDIT for 1 workshop seat but no refund will be given. (B) If the employee is no longer enrolled (cancelled by the employer), it is up to them (the participant) to re-register and pay the full amount.  
  4. In the event that COVID-19 forces a lockdown or facility closures, participants will be given a full refund. 
  5. In the event of an “Act of God”, you are required to provide appropriate documentation (i.e., physicians note or otherwise) to receive a FULL refund. Requests are submitted to courses@microstretching.com

  • Guide to microStretching Level 1 Handbook
  • Level 1 Membership (2 years) 

What to expect?

  • Mostly hands-on lab based.
  • Interaction with other participants, (I.e passively stretching partner).
  • Expect to be stretched, wear comfortable clothing. 
  • If you have an injury or condition which you are concerned about, please contact your local health care provider for medical clearance. 
  • This workshop does not serve as or replace medical advice.
  • There will be snack and lunch breaks throughout the day. Please bring your own food and plan accordingly. There are food options located nearby.
