Nikos

Nikos Apostolopoulos is the Founder of Stretch Therapy® and microStretching®.  He is the director of the Serapis Stretch Therapy® and microStretching® Clinic.  This Clinic was the first in the world to pioneer the development of therapeutic and performance enhancement microStretching®.  This recovery regeneration technique, based on functional clinical anatomy, has been used to treat many professional, elite and amateur athletes.  It has also been applied to treat individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal disorders.

Nikos Apostolopoulos graduated from the Faculty of Physical and Health Education at the University of Toronto with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.  He is a research fellow with the International Collaboration On Repair Discoveries (ICORD®) a member of the International Society of Exercise and Immunology (ISEI) and the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP®).  Apostolopoulos has lectured and worked  internationally as a consultant and therapist to various sports organizations.
